I’ve spent almost five decades in the corporate trenches — first in Quality Management Systems, then in Risk Management. Along the way, I learned not only methods and tools, but also how tough, messy, and rewarding this field can be.

🌍 Over the years, I was lucky to be recognized internationally as a thought leader in Risk-informed Decision Making, and as a pioneer in the practical application of Artificial Intelligence and Systems Thinking in risk. But what I value most is the chance to share these lessons with others.

Mentoring both young and senior professionals entering Risk Management has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey. That’s why I created Risk Leap — to pass on what I’ve learned and open doors for the next generation.
